Our Roots
The earth already made exactly what your body needs.
Sea moss comes up out of the ocean. Black seed comes straight out of the dirt. Roots get dug, herbs get dried, and oils get pressed strong. That is the whole recipe.
Nothing watered down. Nothing added that doesn’t belong. Just good, strong goods, made the exact way they’ve always been made, ready for your every day.

The Journey
I'm Antwan Williams. Born and raised in California — but every root I have runs to Louisiana. That's where all my family comes from.
For years I made my living on the road, and the road will feed you wrong if you let it. Truck-stop food, no sleep, no movement. My health slid, year after year.
This journey started back around COVID — COVID played a big part in it, along with being diagnosed as a pre-diabetic. That's when I knew something had to change.
I wasn't accepting that. I went back to holistic herbs — the old staples my people have always used — real food, and moving my body again. And I brought myself back out of the pre-diabetic range. That's my story, and I'm still living it every day.
I'm also the family historian — years spent tracing our Louisiana Creole roots, because knowing where you come from is part of being well. Rooted Goods is where those two roads meet: the real goods, honestly labeled, from a real person who answers for them.
Nothing here is medicine, and I'm not promising anybody the result I got. This is my shelf — the same kind of goods I use myself.
