Shipping policy
Packed to order
Every order is packed to order. Nothing sits pre-boxed on a shelf waiting for a label. Your goods are prepared when you order them, and they ship direct from the maker or supplier who holds them.
Orders ship within 5–7 business days.
Rates
Orders $50 and over: shipping is free.
Orders under $50: flat $8 shipping.
These rates apply to orders shipped within the United States.
Timing and tracking
Shipping time varies by item because items ship from different makers and suppliers. We do not guarantee a delivery date.
When the carrier issues tracking for your order, we provide that tracking so you can follow the package from the maker to your door.
Christmas cutoff
For Christmas delivery, order by December 8, 2026. Orders placed after December 8 may still arrive before Christmas, but we will not promise it.
Questions about an order
